2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used silicone rubber products.
  • Products without original packaging or labels.
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “Non-Returnable.”
  • Custom-made or special-order items.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@rubber.ae within the return period.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse at your expense (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Inspection & Approval

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, wrong hardness), return shipping fees apply.
