Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

- Products without original packaging or labels.
- Clearance or promotional items marked “Non-Returnable.”

4. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse at your expense (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
